1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VirtualCreators' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

VirtualCreators provides digital design and development services including but not limited to:

  • Web design and development
  • Brand identity design
  • User experience (UX) design
  • User interface (UI) design
  • Digital strategy consulting

3. Project Terms

All projects are subject to a separate project agreement that will outline:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Payment terms and schedule
  • Revision and approval process
  • Intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon project completion
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Client owns the final deliverables and custom code
  • VirtualCreators retains rights to general methodologies and techniques
  • Third-party assets remain property of their respective owners
  • VirtualCreators may showcase completed work in portfolios

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing necessary content, materials, and access
  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Ensuring content accuracy and legal compliance
  • Maintaining backups of their data

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

VirtualCreators provides services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Specific performance metrics or results
  • Compatibility with all systems or browsers
  • Third-party service availability

8. Limitation of Liability

VirtualCreators' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Third-party actions or service interruptions
  • Force majeure events

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client pays for work completed to date
  • VirtualCreators delivers completed work
  • Both parties return confidential information
  • Surviving clauses remain in effect

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

11. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in multiple languages. In case of any discrepancy or misalignment between different language versions, the English version shall prevail and take precedence.
